Taking a Wellesley Walk! Wellesley has great walking trails!

The 2010 walk incorporates the Brooks Path, a partially paved trail along the Caroline and Fuller Brooks as well as paths along Lake Waban and the sidewalks of downtown Wellesley and Wellesley Hills. Two 5km trails interconnect to offer natural paths, interesting residential buildings and the Wellesley Campus. Both trails are rated easy, suitable for strollers but not for wheelchairs. A 5km or 10km (3.1 or 6.2 mile) walk route is available. The walks are available only during library hours. Mon-Thurs 9 A. M. – 9 P.M. Fridays 9 A.M.-6 P.M. Saturdays 9 A.M. – 5 P.M. and Sundays 1 P.M. – 5 P.M.These walks are sponsored by Walk’nMass Volkssport Club. Ask for the walkbox at the Wellesley Free Library.
